Tulu Identity retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. To request deletion of your account and personal data, email privacy@tulupay.com. Some data (e.g., KYC, transactions) may be retained for regulatory or legal obligations.

We employ robust technical and organizational measures including:
